Payment Options

ACH Draft
This is our preferred Option; an ACH debit of your purchase allows us to hold our cost down and pass these saving back to your account. By filling out our ACH form you allow us to debit your account for purchases by written authorization by using our Automatic Debit Agreement Form. Each purchase you choose to pay by ACH Debit, you will be sent the above form to Sign and fax back to us – thereby authorizing payment. Once you setup your account you will be sent further information regarding our procedures on ACH Debit payments and the benefits.
  • NOTE: In conjunction with NACHA, we follow the stringent Guide lines of: http://nacha.org regarding ACH debits.
NACHA is a not-for-profit association that represents more than 11,000 financial institutions through direct memberships and a network of regional payments associations, and 585 organizations through its industry councils. NACHA develops operating rules and business practices for the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network and for electronic payments in the areas of Internet commerce, electronic bill and invoice presentment and payment (EBPP, EIPP), e-checks, financial electronic data interchange (EDI), international payments, and electronic benefits services (EBS). Wire Transfer
As a business owner we are concerned with external cost, one of these is excessive credit card processing fees. We encouraged you to utilize either 'Wire Transfer or ACH Debit' on every purchase and in turn there are rewards for this consideration.

When our bank contacts us with confirmation of receipt of your wire transfer to our account, your order will be ready to ship the same day. Be sure to notify us by faxing your order receipt to: 800-823-9557 along with copy of wire transfer record to confirm the incoming wire transfer to ensure the timely processing of your order.

Items purchased by checks should be mailed to the address below along with the signed order receipt generated when order is placed.

C.O.D. Cashiers Check
Cashiers checks or money orders are accepted. Please note that certified checks are not accepted.
  • NOTE: Please note if you are paying by check, cashier checks or money orders your order will not be shipped until verification of that check can be made. Please put your invoice number on your payment to ensure prompt and accurate documentation of your payment.

Credit Card
Amex, Discover, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Each credit card transaction will incur a convenience fee of 3%.
  • Note: According to Visa, a convenience fee can be a fixed amount regardless of the amount paid; it cannot be a percentage of the amount paid or based on a sliding scale of the amount paid. This differs from MasterCard, which does permit percentage based and tiered rate convenience fees.

  • Accommodates the exchange of payment-related information;
  • Recognizes the global nature of commerce and electronic payments.
